Ingredients

⅓ cup honey

⅓ cup soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)

¼ cup vegetable or avocado oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

8 boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1” cubes

2 red bell peppers, cut into chunks

5 small onions, quartered

12 bamboo skewers (soaked 30 mins)
Instructions
