Bursting with mango, pineapple, and strawberries, this glass of golden bliss tastes like a sunny vacation and fuels you for whatever the day throws your way. One sip, and you’ll swear you’re barefoot on a beach—even if you’re just tackling your inbox!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled (or frozen)

  • 1 cup ripe mango, diced (or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut/oat milk)

  • 1 cup ice cubes


Instructions

1️⃣ Prep: Wash fruit, hull strawberries, dice mango & pineapple.
2️⃣ Layer: Add fruit to blender first, then honey, milk, and ice last.
3️⃣ Blend: Start low for 10 sec, then blend on high for 45–60 sec until silky smooth.
4️⃣ Adjust: Too thick? Add a splash more milk. Too thin? More ice!
5️⃣ Pour & Serve: Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with a fruit skewer or sprinkle of shredded coconut. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Taste fruit first—adjust honey if needed.
