1 scoop greens powder (optional)

1 frozen banana (or ¼ cup avocado + extra pineapple)

½ cup frozen pineapple (or mango)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or vegan alternative)

½ cup oat or almond milk (or coconut water)

Add milk first, then greens, powder, frozen fruit, and ice.

Blend on low 10 sec, then high 30–45 sec until smooth.
