Instructions
1️⃣ Toast bread until golden and sturdy.
2️⃣ Spread warm toast with cream cheese.
3️⃣ Top with mashed or sliced avocado — season lightly.
4️⃣ Layer smoked salmon over the avocado.
5️⃣ Fry egg in a non-stick skillet on medium heat, 2–3 mins for runny perfection.
