Description

Hey, breakfast crew! Harper here, handing you the dreamiest way to upgrade plain toast: golden sourdough piled high with blush-pink whipped yogurt, fresh raspberries, and a sprinkle of crunchy pistachios. It’s tangy, sweet, creamy, and ready in 10 minutes flat — faster than your coffee drips. One bite and you’ll never look at plain toast the same again. Let’s whip up your new morning obsession!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices sourdough or rustic bread

  • ½ cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries (+ more for topping)

  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)

  • Handful pistachios, toasted & chopped

  • Pinch flaky sea salt (optional but amazing)

Instructions

1️⃣ Toast It: Toast bread until golden & crisp. (Bonus: Rub warm toast with a cut garlic clove for a savory edge!)

2️⃣ Whip It: In a bowl, mix yogurt, ¼ cup raspberries & honey. Whip with a whisk or hand mixer for 1–2 mins until fluffy & pale pink.

3️⃣ Spread & Top: Spread whipped yogurt generously over warm toast. Pile on extra fresh raspberries & sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

4️⃣ Finish: Add a tiny pinch of sea salt for flavor fireworks — trust me!

Notes

  • Use thawed frozen berries (drain first!)

  • Try blueberries, blackberries, or strawberries instead of raspberries.

  • Nut-free? Use toasted pumpkin seeds or crunchy granola.
