  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz (225gpasta (rotini, penne, or elbow)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion, cooking until beef is browned and onion is soft (5-6 min). Drain excess fat.
  2. Cook the Pasta: Stir in beef broth, milk, ranch seasoning, and pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  3. Add Cheese: Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar until melted and creamy.
  4. Season & Serve: Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
