13 oz smoked turkey or chicken sausage (sliced)

2 cups red bell peppers (sliced)

4½ tbsp olive oil

⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet.
