Chewy, crunchy, salty-sweet bites of peanut butter bliss dipped in chocolate and topped with candy eyes – these monster clusters are fun to make, scary good to eat, and guaranteed to disappear faster than you can say “boo!” No oven, no stress, all YUM.
Ingredients
Base Magic:

1½ cups honey

½ cup maple syrup

2½ cups creamy peanut butter

6 cups corn flakes

4 cups brown rice krispies
Chocolate Coating:

16–24 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate

12 oz white chocolate (optional for drizzle)
Monster Decor:

Candy eyes
-
Black sprinkles (or sub with mini M&Ms/choc chips)
Instructions

Melt base: In a large pot on low heat, stir honey, maple syrup, and peanut butter until smooth and bubbly (3–5 mins).

Mix cereal: Remove from heat. Fold in corn flakes and rice krispies gently until coated.

Form clusters: Scoop 2-Tbsp mounds onto parchment-lined trays. Press lightly. Chill 10–15 mins.

Dip & drizzle: Melt dark chocolate, dip clusters halfway. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.

Decorate: Quickly add candy eyes and sprinkles while chocolate is still wet.

Set: Let harden at room temp (30 mins) or chill briefly.

For nut-free version, sub sunflower seed butter.
