Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (85/15)

1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar or honey

1 tsp gochujang (adjust to taste)

Salt & pepper

2 cups cooked sticky rice (short grain preferred)

1 cup chopped kimchi

4 eggs

1 tbsp sesame seeds

2 green onions, sliced

Optional: nori, cucumber slices, chili oil, avocado
Instructions

Brown the beef in sesame oil with garlic over medium-high heat (5–7 mins).

Add flavor: Stir in soy sauce, sugar, gochujang, salt & pepper. Simmer 2–3 mins until sticky and glossy.

Fry eggs sunny-side-up in a separate skillet. Cover for 2–3 mins to steam tops.
