1 lb full-fat breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)

1 cup almond flour

¼ cup chopped green onions

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup chopped cooked bacon

6 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Use clean hands or a stand mixer.

Form 1.5-inch balls (about golf ball size). Lightly oil hands for easy rolling. Makes ~24.
