Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened (full-fat)

1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce (check labels!)

2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning (or homemade blend)

½ tsp salt + ¼ tsp pepper

2 lbs cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)

8 slices bacon, cooked & chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack

Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13″ baking dish.

Mix Sauce: In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, BBQ sauce, ranch, salt & pepper until smooth (use mixer or whisk).

Combine: Fold in chicken and HALF the bacon until coated.

Layer Up: Spread in dish, top with cheeses and remaining bacon.

Bake 20–25 mins, until bubbly and golden.

Rest & Garnish: Let sit 5 mins. Sprinkle green onions. Serve warm!
