Ingredients

2 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong coffee)

1 tbsp honey (+ ½ tbsp for foam)

1 tbsp white chocolate sauce (+ ½ tbsp for foam)

½ cup oat milk (or milk of choice)

3 tbsp heavy cream (or coconut cream)

2 tbsp milk (same type as base)
Instructions
1️⃣ Brew: Pull 2 shots espresso into a mug. Stir in honey & white chocolate sauce while hot.
2️⃣ Add Milk: Pour in oat milk, stir well. For iced: Add 4–5 ice cubes now!
3️⃣ Foam It: In a jar/French press, shake or pump heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk, honey & sauce for 30 sec until fluffy.
4️⃣ Top & Finish: Spoon foam over latte. Drizzle with extra honey or chocolate. Sip & swoon!
Notes
✨ Cold cream = better foam.
✨ Add a pinch of sugar if foam won’t fluff.
✨ No espresso? Use strong drip coffee!
