Ingredients

  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast, chopped

  • ¼ cup ranch dressing (or Greek yogurt ranch)

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced (optional)

  • 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas (or spinach/wheat wraps)


Instructions

  1. Mix the Filling: In a bowl, gently toss chicken, ranch, cheese, and cilantro until just combined.

  2. Prep Tortillas: Warm tortillas in the microwave (15 sec in a damp towel).

  3. Assemble Wraps: Spoon chicken mix onto the lower third of each tortilla. Leave a 1-inch border.

  4. Roll It Up: Fold up from the bottom, tuck sides, and roll tightly.
