Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil (divided)

1 tsp paprika + ½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

2 cups cooked bowtie pasta

1 tbsp butter

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan + more to serve
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15–18 mins until tender and slightly crisp.

Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-cook 5–7 mins per side until golden and cooked through (165°F). Rest 5 mins, then slice.

Cook pasta and toss with butter, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Add pasta water if needed to loosen.

Assemble bowls with pasta, sliced chicken, and roasted asparagus. Top with more cheese and pepper. Serve hot!
