The cream cheese filling melts beautifully inside a crispy tortilla, while buttery cinnamon “sugar” adds the perfect finish.

  • 6 small low-carb tortillas (street taco size)
  • 5 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered Swerve (confectioner’s sugar substitute)
  • ¼ cup granulated Swerve (or preferred keto sweetener)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon, divided
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare Filling (5 minutes)

  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese1 tsp cinnamon, and ¼ cup powdered Swerve until smooth.

2️⃣ Fill & Roll (10 minutes)

  • Spread 2 tbsp cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  • Roll tightly, tucking in the edges to seal.

3️⃣ Cook Until Crispy (10-12 minutes)

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tbsp butter.
  • Add roll-ups seam-side down. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Remove and brush with remaining melted butter.

4️⃣ Cinnamon “Sugar” Coating (2 minutes)

  • Mix ¼ cup granulated Swerve + remaining 1 tsp cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle or roll warm roll-ups in the mixture.

5️⃣ Serve Warm

  • Enjoy immediately for the best texture!

Notes

✔ Soft tortillas? Warm slightly to prevent cracking when rolling.
✔ Extra crispiness? Air-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes after pan-frying.
