Ingredients
- 6 small low-carb tortillas (street taco size)
- 5 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered Swerve (confectioner’s sugar substitute)
- ¼ cup granulated Swerve (or preferred keto sweetener)
- 2 tsp cinnamon, divided
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare Filling (5 minutes)
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, 1 tsp cinnamon, and ¼ cup powdered Swerve until smooth.
2️⃣ Fill & Roll (10 minutes)
- Spread 2 tbsp cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- Roll tightly, tucking in the edges to seal.
3️⃣ Cook Until Crispy (10-12 minutes)
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tbsp butter.
- Add roll-ups seam-side down. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove and brush with remaining melted butter.
4️⃣ Cinnamon “Sugar” Coating (2 minutes)
- Mix ¼ cup granulated Swerve + remaining 1 tsp cinnamon.
- Sprinkle or roll warm roll-ups in the mixture.
5️⃣ Serve Warm
