  • 4 (5 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 lb broccoli florets, steamed or blanched

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup dry stuffing mix (or crushed crackers)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Layer chicken in the dish. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Mix soup + mayo in a bowl. Spread over chicken.

  4. Add broccoli evenly across the top.

  5. Sprinkle cheese, covering all broccoli.

  6. Top with stuffing mix, keeping it light and fluffy.

  7. Cover with foil, bake for 25 mins. Uncover and bake 10–15 mins more until bubbling and golden.

  8. Rest 5 mins before serving.

  • Soup hater? Use cream of chicken or cheddar soup.
