-
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)
-
½ tbsp brown sugar (or honey/maple)
Stir Fry
-
½ lb lean ground beef (or turkey, chicken, pork, tofu, lentils)

½ head green cabbage, shredded
-
2 carrots, julienned
-
3 green onions, sliced (whites & greens separated)
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
-
½ tbsp neutral oil (canola, avocado)
-
Pinch of salt & pepper
Optional Garnishes
-
1 tbsp sesame seeds
-
Extra sriracha drizzle
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix Sauce: Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Set near your stove.
2️⃣ Cook Beef: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high. Add ground beef, break up, cook 4–5 mins until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. Stir in garlic, ginger, salt & pepper — sauté 1 min until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add Veggies: Toss in cabbage, carrots, and green onion whites. Stir-fry 5–7 mins until veggies soften but stay crisp. Add a splash of water if needed.
4️⃣ Sauce Finale: Pour sauce over everything. Toss well for 1–2 mins until coated & glossy. Kill heat.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with green onion tops, sesame seeds & extra sriracha if you dare! Serve hot in bowls — with fluffy rice, quinoa, or noodles for extra comfort.
