4 x 150g Chicken Breasts

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper to taste

4 Slices Mozzarella Cheese

20g Sharp Cheddar, grated

50g BBQ Sauce

8 Rashers Smoky Bacon

4 Brioche Buns

5g Parsley Butter (soft butter + chopped parsley)
Instructions

Prep & Season: Pat chicken dry. Rub with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let sit 5 minutes.

Air Fry: Cook chicken at 180°C (356°F) for 12–14 mins, flipping halfway. Internal temp should reach 74°C (165°F).

Cook Bacon: Fry in a pan (8–10 mins) or air fry separately until crispy. Drain on paper towel.

Add Cheese: In final 2 mins of chicken cook time, top with mozzarella and cheddar. Air fry until melted.

Toast Buns: Lightly toast buns and brush tops with parsley butter.

Assemble: Spread BBQ sauce on bottom bun, add cheesy chicken, bacon, then top bun. Serve hot.
