Ingredients
-
3 taco-size flour tortillas (or GF!)
-
3 firm bananas (not too ripe!)
-
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter (or SunButter)
-
2 tbsp softened cream cheese
-
4 fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
-
2 tbsp Nutella (or chocolate spread)
-
¼ cup chopped peanuts (or pretzels, seeds)
-
2 tbsp shredded coconut
-
2 tbsp crushed freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
1️⃣ Spread: Lay out tortillas. Spread each with peanut butter, cream cheese + strawberries, or Nutella. Go edge-to-edge!
2️⃣ Roll: Place banana on edge. Roll snugly into a log. Seal seam.
3️⃣ Slice: Cut into ½-inch sushi pieces with a sharp knife.
4️⃣ Top: Press cut sides into toppings—peanuts, coconut, or freeze-dried berries.
5️⃣ Serve: Chill 5–10 mins for cleaner bites or eat immediately for maximum giggles!
Notes
-
Use firm bananas for clean slices.
-
Warm Nutella 10 sec for easy spreading!
-
A damp cloth helps wipe your knife between cuts.
-
Mix it up: swap peanut butter for cookie butter, roll in granola or mini chocolate chips!
