Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 large egg

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt + ¼ tsp pepper

6–8 slices thin bacon

Optional: sugar-free ketchup, fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with parchment strips.

Mix beef, egg, seasonings in a bowl. Don’t overwork!

Fill muffin cups: Press half the mix in each cup, add cheese, cover with more beef. Smooth tops.
