Ingredients

¼ cup vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp coconut flour

1 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)

1 tbsp confetti sprinkles (jimmies)

1–2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Instructions

Mix the Base: In a bowl, stir applesauce, protein powder, flour, and sugar. It’ll look crumbly—don’t worry!

Adjust Texture: Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until dough is moldable like cookie dough.

Add Sprinkles: Gently fold in sprinkles (don’t overmix).

Roll & Chill: Shape into balls. Chill 20 mins to firm. Optional: roll in more sprinkles for sparkle!
