Ingredients
Salmon

2 (6 oz) skin-on salmon fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp paprika + ½ tsp garlic powder

Potatoes

2 cups baby or Yukon gold potatoes, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Green Beans

2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed

Instructions

Roast Potatoes: Toss with oil, seasoning, salt, pepper. Roast at 425°F for 15 mins.

Add Green Beans: Toss onto sheet with oil, salt, pepper. Roast 12–15 more mins.

Air Fry Salmon: Pat dry, rub with oil & spices. Air fry skin-side up at 400°F for 7–10 mins.
