Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets (320g/11 oz total)

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp dried parsley


Instructions

  • Prep the Fillets: Pat cod very dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with oil.

  • Season & Citrus: Sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, and parsley. Squeeze lemon juice on top.

  • Preheat & Load Up: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place fillets in basket with space.

  • Air Fry: Cook for 10–12 minutes. No flipping needed! Fish should flake easily and reach 145°F.

  • Rest & Serve: Let rest 2 mins. Drizzle with pan juices and serve hot.

Notes

  • Dry fish = crispy edges!
