3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)

2 tbsp avocado oil (or neutral oil)

Instructions

Preheat Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 mins.

Mix Spices: Combine smoked paprika, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder.
